Sponsorship for International Guests Needed for a Historic Cultural Exchange Event

We are excited to announce a groundbreaking event at the Tunisian ambassador's residence in Washington DC, bringing together diverse cultures for a historic agreement. Funding Request Details:
Requested Amount: $11,828
Purpose: We are sponsoring travel and accommodation expenses for our international guests to facilitate a cultural exchange event in Washington DC with Tunisia, Brazil, and American participants.
Allocation of Funds:
Travel expenses for our guests: $4,278
Accommodations for our guests: $3,875
This event includes the signing of a cooperation agreement between Association Didon de Carthage and America’s Heartland Research Group, promoting cultural and social exchanges between Tunisia and America. The goal is to empower communities through entrepreneurship, fostering a sustainable way of life.
Food and incidentals: $3,675
• We want to ensure that our guests have a positive time while visiting America by ensuring that all needs are met.
The Heartland Research Group specializes in researching ancient American civilizations through various avenues, including field research, the study of artifacts, mapping ancient civilization locations, linguistics analysis, and the preservation and display of ancient artifacts for researchers and the public.
