Invitation to All: Discovering Ancient Anomalies

February 12-15 2025, Montrose, Iowa

Headquarters: Phoenicia Restoration Site, Montrose, Iowa

Join us for an exciting event as we explore and uncover ancient mysteries in the Montrose, Iowa, area. Most of this project will take place on Rodger Chatfield's property, where significant discoveries are expected to be made.

Key Highlights:

● Fire pits of ancient times: Magnetic anomalies linked to fire pits will be excavated. The material will be sifted through a mechanical sifting machine to uncover significant artifacts or remnants.

● Underground anomalies detected by advanced SENSYS technology from Germany: Discover hidden features and structures that reveal the area's rich past.

● Excavation efforts: Led by Bryce Chatfield, grandson of Rodger Chatfield, to unearth and carefully recover findings for further analysis.

Artifact Display: A glass box containing arrowhead points will be showcased, highlighting some of the remarkable finds from the excavation.

● Background Work: LiDAR scans and magnetometer readings were conducted in the area by the Heartland Research Group in 2019, laying the foundation for this excavation effort and enhancing our understanding of the topography and hidden features.
